Walgreens Diaper Deal

If you are needing diapers..then this is the deal for you. I used to be brand loyal..but now w/ two in diapers..who cares.

This week Walgreens has their brand of diapers buy one get one for 50% off. The retail price is 7.99. The easy saver catalog has a coupon for $5/2. With the sale and coupons you can get two packages of diapers for under $8.00. I've never tried this brand, but if your worried about leakage..I would just put good diapers on at night and the generic during the day.

Sunday's Savings

CVS has 2.00 off CVS brand sunscreen products. My ad states that they start at 1.89. I was able to get 5 bottles of sunscreen for free. They were priced 1.99. They did not automatically get deducted, I had to point it out to the cashier and she took off 2.00 for each bottle. So, I actually got .05 overage. Not a ton, but my girls would love a nickel for their bank! When I scanned my card at the coupon machine, it gave me a 1.00 off any CVS sunscreen, but guess what..I didn't use it..grrr, so my total for this visit was 3.76 for the stuff shown in the picture.

Welcome to my world

Okay, so I’ve decided to join the world of blogging. Not sure how well I’ll do at it, but I’ll attempt. Like most blogs, this will be somewhat self centered. Mostly talking about my lovely daughters, showing off what great deals I’ve gotten, or maybe even showing off what little scrapbooking talent I have. Make sure you check back often, you may have to clear off some cyber dust from the screen and wake up a fellow blog reader that has fallen asleep while reading. I think the cat must be already bored and disgusted by this blog, as he is starting to hack and throw up. At least it’s on the linoleum.
